Retuns and Refunds

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your purchase from Murphy Enterprises, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

Damaged Goods

If a part is faulty or defective we apologise . Please email/phone us within 24 hours of you receiving them and return them unused and in their original packing within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

If the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery cost). The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.

If you've ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, please return it in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). You must not write anything on the item, its packaging or instructions. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you.

Should a fault occur with an item(s) within 28 days of delivery you will be offered the choice of a replacement or refund.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear excluded) we will normally offer a replacement or repair

When you purchase online, you may have a statutory right to return a product (other than a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us; we’ll check your return and, if everything's OK, we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost), Within 5. Working days.

Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery.


We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
